Langton in Bespoke Colour and French Grey by Kitchen Ergonomics

The clients were in the midst of extending their property so a lot of building work was underway for a refreshed looking home; looking for an open plan kitchen so they could entertain family and friends whilst still feeling included when they were in the kitchen. They wanted open shelving and an exposed brick effect on the wall with a mixture of colours giving the kitchen a modern look with a traditional door. The Langton range was a fitting choice for this home and collectively, we decided on a mix of colours in the painted French Grey and Slate. The island is in painted Slate and makes a real statement in the kitchen, our clients wanted to create an open plan living space with a dedicated seating area and dining table for more formal occasions. It is always important to us to listen to what our client’s needs are whilst incorporating our own design ideas. We always like to visit our clients in their home to get a feel for the project and also meet with them at the showroom and present them with a 3D plan on ArtiCad so they are able to visualise the end result as it is often hard to see this when the builders are in. Choosing the right kitchen appliances was an important decision in the process for the clients based on their cooking habits. Siemens was the right fit for the clients and kitchen, the induction hob looks sleek and stylish on the white quartz worktop of the island. It is a modern vario-induction hob meaning it gives you total flexibility when cooking.
