Our History

Like many Coventry firms Burbidge suffered greatly during the Second World War.The company was forced to cancel its regular production and concentrate on producing war products such as wooden bullets to help the troops sharpen their firing skills.

The Burbidge factory was completely destroyed during the Coventry Blitz. The factory at Burnsall Road was built shortly after the end of the Second World War.
